Modani Homes is a kitchen and cabinetry showroom in Sun City, Shuwaikh, Kuwait. This page explains what data we collect when you use our website and our booking page, how we use it, and who we share it with.

1. Data we collect

Directly from you: when you book a visit we collect your name, phone number, preferred style, and appointment slot. If you upload floor plans or files to your private project page, we keep them to prepare your design.

Advertising data: if you reach the booking page from an ad, we record the campaign data attached to the link — campaign, ad-set and ad identifiers, traffic source, referring page, click identifier (fbclid) and UTM parameters — so we know which ad brought you to us.

Technical data on the booking page: the booking page uses the Meta Pixel and its cookies, browser sessionStorage to hold session data while you complete a booking, and we record which step of the page you reached in order to improve it. The informational pages of our website itself use no tracking tools and no marketing cookies.

2. How we use your data

To confirm your appointment and remind you of it by WhatsApp or phone; to prepare your visit and design your project; and to measure the performance of our advertising. We do not sell your data and do not share it with any party for their own marketing.

3. Sharing with Meta

We use Meta Business Tools: the Meta Pixel in your browser and the Meta Conversions API from our servers. When a booking is completed we send Meta the event data (type, time, page URL) together with a phone number hashed with SHA-256 — your number is never sent in readable form. Meta uses this to measure conversions and improve our ads under the Meta Privacy Policy. To control the ads you see, use Ad Preferences in your Facebook or Instagram account.

4. Where data is stored

On our own servers hosted with Hetzner in Germany, accessible only to the Modani Homes team.

5. Retention

We keep contact and project data for as long as you deal with us and as long as it is needed to serve you. You may request deletion at any time.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. Contact us on WhatsApp or by phone on 6001 3265, or by email at accounts@modanihomes.com.

7. Children

Our services are directed at adults and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.

8. Changes

Any change to this policy is published on this page with an updated date above.
